MEET COACH SOPHIE
Hi, I'm Sophie Byfield, the owner of Transcend Fitness.
I help women who have tried and failed multiple times to lose weight. The women who desperately want to make their health a priority but don’t know where to start. The women who feel guilty for taking time for themselves; are stressed because they can’t play with their kids and, most of all, don’t feel sexy in their own skin.
Supporting and helping women is important to me because I have been there. I have been the woman who has followed a diet, lost weight and gained more back. I have been the woman who feels guilty for taking time away from her family to go to the gym. I have been the woman who wears baggy clothing because I didn’t feel comfortable in my skin.
My mission is to create YOU, a customized fitness and nutrition program designed to build a healthy, strong, confident woman who overcomes challenges, exceeds her goals, and surpasses her wildest dreams.
